Palmento, a large, shallow, stone basin used for pressing grapes and fermenting the must, used in southern Italy. From this usage and the fact that it is set on an estate known as "Feudo" the restaurant has taken the name of Restaurant & Pizza Parlour Feudo Delizia.
Two hundred years of history come alive in these ancient walls of lava stone and in the cane roof covering the indoor area, while evidence of farming life of the past adorn the whole restaurant.
All this accompanied by authentic Sicilian cuisine. The old farmhouse, now restaurant, offers not only a delightful garden and a typical Sicilian, panoramic terrace overlooking the bay of Catania but also three spacious dining rooms: "Palmento", "Dispensa" and shortly the new "Giardino d‘Inverno", ideal for celebrating all your important occasions.
These dining rooms are enriched with ornamental utensils and tools from farming life of times gone by, an integral part of the territory of Etna.
Protagonists of our menu are typical local products, unique dishes with authentic Sicilian flavours, carefully prepared by our chef. From now on you can also savour our delicious pizzas.
