Albergo La Torre, its building dating back to the end of the 19th Century, has been recently restored with care for the detail. Special care was taken to make the environment cosy: from the Restaurant with its original, late 19th-century fire place, to the refined and warm atmosphere of the Café, also provided with a fire place. The garden with its secular trees, the Café and Restaurant-dedicated porch and the new swimming-pool, create a happy corner for your diversion and rest.
On first floor, dedicated to “Magistri Intelvesi”, every room is named after one of these valuable masters - inimitable in the art of painting, sculpture, architecture and matchless in the technique of scagliola for altars - who have brought the name of Valle d’Intelvi in all Europe. All rooms are provided with private bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, direct-line telephone, mini-bar, satellite TV and private heating.
The ancient building once housing the stables has been restored to obtain the hotel’s residential outbuilding. Warm atmospheres and great care in the choice of the furniture, textiles and accessories: everything goes back to the local tradition and conveys special meanings. The apartments are fully equipped.
