Situated just a step away from Montefalco, the winery forms a single entity with the farmhouse. The result of a precise decision to merge "home" and "shop", it is a place where visitors become re-found friends and a glass of wine and a bruschetta become an occasion for an encounter made up of words, smiles, and life.
Here the master is undoubtedly Sagrantino di Montefalco D.O.C.G. wine, which expresses, more than any other, the marriage between tradition and precise technological choices. Grapes are harvested by hand and packed into small cases. At the winery, they are subjected to the first step in processing, or rather they are destemmed and pressed using the gentlest methods.
The estate produces olive oil and other characteristic wines of the territory.
Right in the middle of ample oak tree woods, around the mid-13th century, rose the first Cerqueto, then called Turri or Torri for its fortification in the form of a castle.
Here in this ancient village rises the tower where it is possible to stay in an environment that, as a result of its position, invites you to go out and lose yourselfin the places that your eyes take in. But you will also feel a call to return, to find yourself in a remote atmosphere that transforms you, for a few hours, into the "Lord of the castle".
The tower which is entirely decorated with antique-style furnishings, is laid out over four levels. The first three levels each host a double bedroom with an attached bathroom. On the last floor where your eyes reach the horizon, is a living room with a small but efficient kitchen.

Tasting: White IGT wine accompanied by pecorino of Norcia, cheese matured in caves with bread sticks, Montefalco Red DOC and Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG wines accompanied by "norcini", bacon, crostini and tozzetti biscuits. Visits and tastings only with prior bookings.
