You‘ll find us immersed in the heart of Tuscany, 250 hectars of pure lush countryside in silence among the Upper Val di Cecina hills, and among the age old cypresses with its impressive landscape, is where you‘ll find the Organic Farm “Palagetto”. The imposing private villa of the farm, built in 1600, overrules the surrounding charm of the panorama. Today, like in the past when this place was frequented by illustrious artists, the villa bestows one of a kind emotions and feelings to those who visit.
The Colonial houses of the property, of which today make up the agritourism, are laid out in an enchanting way, reminiscent of and with respect to Tuscan art and tradition. The two antique houses fom the 1800‘s are fully restored in a tasteful manner and were done without altering the architectural integrity of time period. Saint Elisa and Saint Florestano have a panoramic view.

Or you can take one of our many guided tours nearby at the Berignone Oasis, a national park with vegetation typical of the Mediterreanean, across the Cecina river that is lined with fresh water shells (Masso delle fanciulle) and home to a swimming hole where one can take a refreshing bath.
By our farmhouse home cooking is a typical Tuscan farm products valued by biological and typical local products such as vegetables, cheeses and meats. Large outdoor terrace for lunch and dinner overlooking the hills surrounding the town of Volterra. Within two rooms, one large and one small, organized in small tables for 4 or more people. Organization of tastings with visiting guitada particularly in the wine cellar where we produce organic wine.
