The old house, Osteria Vecchia was renovated and divided into 4 separate flats, two of which are for the use of our guests.
Magnolia is a first floor flat, able to accommodate 6 people. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, and is situated at the back of the building, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Cedro, still on the first floor, can accommodate 4 people. The flat is made up of two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen and, like Magnolia, is situated at the back of the building, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
- Cedro flat: 60 m2, sleeps 4/5 in 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with bath - 1st floor;
- Magnolia flat: 80 m2, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with bath - 1st floor.
All the flats have: - Television - Fridge with freezer compartment - orthopaedic mattresses and slatted beds - clotheshorse - balcony - garden with swimming pool - barbecue - table tennis.
The house has a garden, swimming pool with sunbeds, shower (hot and cold), tables, chairs, a barbecue and finally table tennis.
Due to its special position, the house offers comforts, relaxation and freedom: it is a long way from mass tourism and yet very near the sea, restaurants, shops and bars that liven up the area’s nightlife.

Exclusively for clients of the Osteria Vecchia, minimum 5 pers. "Cena del Contadino" (Farmer's Dinner) in the hills, surrounded by olive groves, on the "Wine Trail" on the Caccia al Piano Farm.
