A building from the 1300s, once a manger, from which it's name is taken, the Restaurant, located in the historic center of Todi, has kept it's architectural features which has created an intimate and homely atmosphere.

For our cuisine the choice of produce has always been important as is the preparation with lots of creativity but it's easier to cater for a small number of guests and have fun using fragrances and flavours with produce sourced directly from local producers.
