Camping Borghetti was created in 1983 when Tommaso Borghetti and his brother in law Osvaldo Morelli, had a good look at their piece of land cultivated with vines and thought it would be the perfect place for camping holidays.
Over the years they have modified the site to meet the ever growing needs of campers.
Today there are people who have come back here every year since the very beginning, where they've spent happy times with their families and organised super parties with friends made here.
The campsite has 17sq.m. mobile homes (4 pers) composed of: bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, living room with corner couch, which can be made into a bed, table, kitchenette with sink, four gas rings, fridge, bathroom with wc, wash basin, shower, hot water, covered external veranda with table and chairs.
We also have places for caravans and tents.
The campsite also offers guests the use of WI-FI internet connection.
Every day the ristobar offers varied menus, from Italian breakfast (cappuccino, fruit juice and croissant) to lunch and dinner.
Our campsite is in a superb location to visit the magnificent sites of Abruzzo.
Beach fans can easily reach the sea and admire the views offered by the Ortona coast.
Apart from the sea you can visit the mountains, just a few kilometres bring you to the magnificent Majella with it's park and a little further brings you to the Gran Sasso, also famous for it's fantastic park.
For history and culture there's lots to see: at Ortona you can admire the famous Aragonese Castle and the Cathedral dedicated to Saint Thomas.
