The sunny character of Noemi is contagious, in fact she looks after the dining room and public relations, together with her father, while in the kitchen her mother prepares authentic dishes of Aquila, rich in wonderful fragrances, colours and genuine flavours.

Generous portions of starters, cold with typical produce such as salamis and cheeses of Aquila, hot with tripe, beans and mixed offal, there's lots of choice but the house specialities are Pasta a L'Aquilana with peas, mushrooms, boiled ham, saffron and sausages, la Pecorara with bacon and ricotta and our speciality Pecora (mutton) Alla Cottora with polenta. Pork shin, mixed raost meats, lamb, pecorino cheese and eggs, ox tail stew, meat balls... Home-made walnut cake with chocolate and raisins.
All accompanied by excellent wines from the best local and Italian wineries.
