Frosinone is located in the south of Lazio. A visit to the Cathedral and the Romanesque Church is a must. The importance of the city grew after it became the capital of the region. Since it‘s beginnings it has been located on a hill dominating the Vale of Sacco, surrounded by the mountains which bound the valley, the Ernici to the north and the Lepini to the east and south, where the Ausoni can also be glimpsed in the distance.
