Lake Liscia is an artificial lake of the Gallura, in the north of Sardinia, located between the boroughs of Sant‘Antonio di Gallura, Luras, Arzachena and Luogosanto. It was created by damming the river Liscia and other minor rivers with a 69 meter high dam, finished in 1962. This artificial lake guarantees the water supply to the lower Gallura, where, especially during the summer months, there is a great need of water due to the large number of tourists.
