Lake Misurina is quite small and of an intense blue, surrounded by the Dolomite mountains, covered in magnificent pine forests which give this lovely lake an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. Among the Dolomite lakes this is certainly the most attractive. Spectacular scenery from Cortina d’Ampezzo to Brunico, from Cadore dominated by the Cristallo and Tofane to the wide lush Pusteria and through the Landro valley and Tre Croci pass.
