The Pellice Valley is located in Piedmonte near Turin and the localities in the valley are: Torre Pellice, Bars d’Ia Taiola, Serre, Gheisa d’la Tana, Luserna San Giovanni, Rorà and Bacino del Pra. The history of this valley is tied to that of the Valdesi people. On leaving Turin in the direction of Pinerolo the road leads to Torre Pellice one of the main towns of the valley but perhaps the most beautiful part of the valley is Bacino del Pra. On a whole the valley has very good tourist facilities especially in the areas of Torre Pellice, Bobbio Pellice and Luserna San Giovanni.
