The Sole Valley lies in the western part of Trentino and is surrounded by mountains rising to over 3000 metres, the Adamello-Presanella to the west, Ortles-Cevedale to the north and the Brenta Mountains to the south. A part of this area belongs to the Stelvio National Park in the north and to the Adamello-Brenta Park in the south. It is a perfect place for mountain enthusiasts.
