TROMPIA VALLEY

The Trompia Valley, located in the province of Brescia, shows no signs of geomorphic glacial activity. The river Mella flows through the valley which is about 50km in length and stretches in a north-south direction from the magnificent Tre Valli massif to the Padana Plain at Brescia. In the 70s and 80s the Trompia Valley was also known as the Valley of Gold due to the industries that thrived there, offering work and prosperity to all the inhabitants.
