PHLEGREAN FIELDS REGIONAL PARK

The Phlegrean Fields Regional Park was created in 2003 and is located in a volcanic area, in constant evolution, known as the Archiphlegrea. The volcanic character of this area has created a fascinating landscape as well as spa waters of excellent quality. There‘s a notable amount of rock and sedimentation peculiar to this area (tuff stone and pozzolan). The volcanic soil has also created fertile farmland where the most precious product is represented by a patrimony of original vines that have never been grafted.
