The DOC Wines of Castel del Monte Trail comprises the boroughs of Trani, Bitonto, Andria, Corato, Minervino, Ruvo di Puglia, Terlizzi, Torittoand Palo del Colle and among the participating authorities, the Consortium DOC Wines of Castel del Monte and the Consortium for the Tutelage Moscato di Trani. The main itinerary winds along the Tratturo Regio that passes along the Alta Murgia. The fields and olive groves give way to vineyards at 300 meters, occupying slopes and terraces and above them pastures, steppe and arable land. The products under the tutelage of this wine trail are Castel del Monte DOC and Moscato di Trani DOC.
