The Wine, Oil and Typical Products Trail of the Tuscia comprises the boroughs of Viterbo and Montefiascone. The Trail lies in a very famous and rich wine producing area. There are four DOC included in the itinerary. As in neighbouring Umbria, red and white Orvieto, amply diffused in the DOC area of Colli Etruschi Viterbesi, the aromatic red Aleatico di Gradoli, the famous Est! Est! Est! of Montefiascone. The main itinerary is subdivided into small trails that offer the opportunity to discover different cultural and environmental situations as well as wine and gastronomy. The products under the tutelage of this denomination are Orvieto DOC, Colli Etruschi Viterbesi DOC, Aleatico di Gradoli DOC and Est! Est! Est! Di Montefiascone DOC.
