The Wine Trail of Alto Monferrato comrpises the boroughs of Acqui Terme, Alice Bel Colle, Belforte Monferrato, Bistagno, Bosio, Capriata d‘Orba, Carpeneto, Carrosio, Cartosio, Casaleggio Boiro, Cassine, Cassinelle, Castelletto d‘Erro, Castelletto d‘Orba, Castelnuovo Bormida, Cavatore, Cremolino and Denice, and among the participating authorities the Consortium of Mountain Communes of Alta Valle Orba and that of Alta Val Lemme. The products under the tutelage of this wine trail are Brachetto d‘Acqui DOCG, Gavi DOCG, Asti DOCG, Dolcetto di Ovada DOC, Dolcetto d‘Acqui DOC, Barbera del Monferrato DOC and Cortese dell‘Alto Monferrato DOC.
