The Wine Trail of DOC Collio comprises the boroughs of Gorizia, San Floriano, Dolegna, Capriva and Cormons. It lies in two defined areas in the hills that reach to the east at Judrio and the border with Slovenia and from Gorizia to Oslavia, San Floriano, then the high road to Plessiva and Dolegna, with branches winding among the vineyards towards Capriva or Cormons. Here in 1983 the “Vineyard of Peace” was created. 550 varieties of vines, from every part of the world, were planted. The product under the tutelage of this wine trail is the Colli Goriziani DOC.
