The Wine Trail of Friuli Aquileia comprises the boroughs of Cervignano, Grado, Palmanova and Trevignano. The area of interest of this wine trail is the important historic and archaeological centre of Aquileia. It also touches Cervignano and Palmanova then on to Trevignano where it descends once again towards the south. Some branches of this trail reach other famous towns such as Grado with it‘s lagoon. The climate here is extremely mild due to the influence of the sea. The product under the tutelage of this wine trail is the Friuli Aquileia DOC.
