The Wine Trail of Molise passes along the coastal area of Upper Molise. Along the coast the itinerary starts and ends in the town of Termoli, the only port in Molise. The trail winds up to San Martino in Pensilis where it seems to create an opening in the vineyards. At a certain point it opens onto a beautiful clearing on the stretch between Aquila-Foggia. In the area of the Upper Molise the trail touches the vineyards in the province of Isernia. The products under the tutelage of this denomination are the Molise or Del Molise DOC, Biferno DOC and Pentro di Isernia.
