The Wine Trail of Sagrantino comprises the boroughs of Gualdo Cattaneo, Bevagna, Montefalco, Giano dell‘Umbria and Castel Ritaldi and among the participating authorities are the Province of Perugia, the Chamber of Commerce of Perugia and the Consortium Tutelage of Montefalco Wines. The Wine Trail of Sagrantino offers five itineraries that wind through an area rich in rare and unusual, typical products of great gastonomic, historic and cultural significance: lard, spelt, black truffles, fruits of the woods and honey. The product under the tutelage of this wine trail is the Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG.
