The Wine Trail of Verdicchio di Matelica comprises the boroughs of Camerino, Matelica, Castelraimondo, Cerreto d‘Esi, Esanatoglia, Fabriano e Gagliole and among the participating authorities are the Union of Mountain Communities of Alte Valli di Fiastrone, Chienti and Nera and of Esino, the Province and Chamber of Commerce of Macerata. The Wine Trail winds through a hilly area in the Catria and Sibillini mountains with magnificent landscapes and fascinating, ancient towns. The product under the tutelage of this wine trail is the Verdicchio di Metalica DOC.
