The Wine Trail of the Terre Sicane comprises the boroughs of Menfi, Montevago, Sambuca di Sicilia and Santa Margherita di Belice. The river Belice, known in ancient times under it‘s Arab name of Al Garib, crosses western Sicily from north to south, from the plain of Albanesi to the sea near the archaeological site of Selinunte. The products under the tutelage of this denomination are Sambuca di Sicilia DOC, Santa Margherita di Belice DOC and Menfi DOC.
