The Wine and Flavours Trail of the Colli di Scandiano and Canossa comprises the boroughs of S. Ilario d‘Enza, Montecchio Emilia, Cavriago, Bibbiano, San Polo, Canossa, Quattro Castella, Reggio Emilia, Albinea, Vezzano, Viano, Scandiano, Castellarano, Rubiera and Casalgrande and among the participating authorities, the Chamber of Commerce and Artisans of Reggio Emilia. The area is famous for the quality of life it offers, for it‘s products and for the life of the Countess Matilde di Canossa but also for the literary works of Ariosto and Boiardo. The products under the tutelage of this wine trail are Colli di Scandiano and Canossa DOC, Reggiano DOC and Lambrusco.
