Latium

The capital of the region is the so called “Eternal City” and the capital of Italy, but not only, as it is also the capital of the Christian religion, the Papal Seat being in Rome. It is, of course, a place rich in artistic and architectural masterpieces, as is the whole region of Latium and also from the naturalistic and environmental aspect. The landscape changes from beaches to pinewoods, from hills to mountains, from estensive plains to the lakes.
